We are looking for an experienced business professional with industry resource integration capabilities and independent negotiation skills. You will be fully responsible for business development, brand licensing cooperation, and the formulation and execution of related strategies for the company's gaming business in China. You will need to deeply understand market trends in the gaming industry, explore and establish long-term partnerships with high-quality collaborators, and optimize existing business models through data-driven analysis to provide strong support for the company's business growth.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
1. Business Development

Responsible for business cooperation of game products, including but not limited to channel partnerships and cross-industry collaborations, to promote the marketization of game products.

Establish and maintain good relationships with domestic and international game publishers, platforms, and channels, exploring diversified cooperation models.

Participate in business negotiations for game publishing and operations, draft cooperation terms, and ensure the signing and implementation of commercial contracts.
2. Brand Licensing and Cross-Industry Collaboration

Responsible for IP brand licensing cooperation, identifying and expanding brand licensing business, including in-game and out-of-game collaborative projects.

Design and promote cross-industry collaboration plans to enhance brand influence and commercial value.

Establish deep cooperative relationships with copyright holders and brand owners, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
3. Data Analysis and Decision Support

Use data analysis tools to evaluate the performance of cooperative projects, monitor market dynamics, and provide data-driven business decision support.

Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing business strategies.

Develop and track business KPIs to ensure the achievement of business goals.
4. Team Management and Cross-Department Collaboration

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, and operations to ensure efficient project execution.

Represent the company at industry summits, exhibitions, and other events to enhance the company's brand image.
Must Haves:
1. Industry Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience in the gaming industry, with at least 5 years in game business development or brand licensing.

Familiar with the gaming industry chain and deeply understand game publishing, operations, and commercialization models.

Prior experience in successful game business cooperation or brand licensing cases is preferred.
2. Professional Skills:

Proficient in business negotiation techniques, with excellent contract design and risk management capabilities.

Familiar with brand licensing processes and cross-industry collaboration models, understanding IP ecosystem operations.

Possess data analysis skills and proficiency in using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools.
3. Soft Skills:
