KGeN (Kratos Gamer Network) is building a multi-chain gamer network that aims to become the home of global gamer data, owned by gamers. At the heart of it is the revolutionary Proof of Gamer (P.O.G) Engine that allows gamers to build, own & monetise their reputation. This data framework allows game publishers to engage with precise gamer cohorts, engaging in deep value exchange through our product stack.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

As part of your day-to-day work, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide strategic insights to support key decision-making processes.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of data-driven initiatives and strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Must haves:

• 2-7 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on strategic insights (prior experience in Gaming / eCommerce companies is preferred).
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in documenting business requirements, use cases, and data models with precision.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python,MS Office and data visualization skills with demonstrated ability to handle large datasets, and utilize BI Tools like Power BI and Tableau.
