Job Description

thatgamecompany seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Producer to join our team and help bring joy and happiness to millions through gaming. We are a growing company and currently work remotely.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables across various Sky projects, including seasonal and time-limited content, gameplay features, and other related initiatives.
  • Work closely with discipline producers and leads to develop project roadmaps, manage scheduling and resources, and continuously improve team processes, frameworks, and pipelines, using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Foster sustainable development practices and enhance cross-functional communication to ensure optimal collaboration and project success.
  • Promote and uphold the company's vision, unique culture, positive work environment, and growth.

 

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Production role on a live game, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience with iterative product development and agile/scrum methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • A passion for creating and shipping innovative experiences to players, and a strong belief in thatgamecompany's vision.

 

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as game design, project management, or business administration.
  • Actively play Sky: Children of the Light
  • Proven record of managerial, team leadership, or mentoring experience
