Responsibilities:

As the User Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping to shape our growth strategies and contributing to the overall success of our award-winning games. You’d be an ideal candidate for this role if you understand how to effectively manage UA campaigns and are not afraid to test new marketing technologies and develop new tools and processes across all growth channels in collaboration with Brand/Awareness, Social, and Community in a fast-paced environment.

 

  • Contribute to UA Strategies: Grow our award-winning game Sky: Children of the Light and future titles by contributing to a comprehensive user acquisition and re-engagement strategies in collaboration with regional UA buyers, Brand/Awareness, Social, and Community.
  • Campaign Management: Own end-to-end management of user acquisition campaigns across a mix of ad channels (Facebook, GoogleAds, TikTok, DSPs, influencer and IP partnerships), including budget allocation, targeting, creative optimization, and performance analysis on an ongoing basis.
  • Mobile Attribution Knowledge: Utilize mobile attribution tools, such as Singular, to optimize SKAN conversion schema and accurately track, measure and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage analytical tools (Tableau, Excel) and data-driven insights to assess the performance of user acquisition campaigns. Provide regular reports to the leadership team and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, including regional UA buyers, Brand/Awareness, Social, Community, Product, Data, Finance, to ensure alignment on overarching company goals.
  • Market Research: Utilize competitive intel tools such as SensorTower, data.ai, and more, to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the mobile gaming space. Use this knowledge to enhance user acquisition strategies.
  • Experimentation and Innovation: Explore and test new channels, technologies, and creative approaches to identify innovative and effective ways to acquire and retain users.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 3+ years digital marketing/ user acquisition experience, preferably in the mobile app or mobile gaming space.
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Understanding of the current mobile user acquisition and marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution.
  • Experience working with influencers and IP partnerships is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience with Tableau or similar analytics/visualization software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
