IndiGG is a ‘network state’ built around 500M+ Indian Gamers. IndiGG’s mission is to educate, entertain and create value for the time and skill of

these Gamers. We enable this by creating an on-chain reputation for the Indian Gamers that transcends closed ecosystems. Game Developers will value this reputation system as multiple, sizable cohorts can be created in a pool of 500M+ gamers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.

Responsibilities:

● Manage the software development process, including scrum management of the Tech & Product Team(IC role).

● Work closely with the tech leadership to ensure healthy cross team communication and coordination

● Manage partners and solution providers

● Ensure the timely deliver of the product objectives

● Aid on the team culture and positive team dynamics

● Generate delivery reports to company stakeholders

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● 5-10 years of experience in a Project/Program Manager role.

● Proven experience in Software Development, Product and Project Management.

● Excellent understanding using Tools like Jira(Plugins, Analytics, etc)

● Strong attention to detail.

● Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, tech teams, product teams and partners.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
