Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in payment partnerships, with a focus on fintech
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements, such as API integration
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia frequently
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
Job Role
  • Develop and manage partnerships with payment service providers, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships
  • Analyze market trends and latest payment policies to inform and enhance our product offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Lead negotiations and manage commercial terms of payment service provider contracts
  • Drive product development and implementation of new payment services and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth
