That’s why we’re looking for an exceptional technician to join our team to provide extraordinary support for our staff and internal infrastructure.

We are looking for an IT helpdesk manager to join our IT Services team. You will be supporting our global team of artists, designers, engineers, marketing, and operations personnel to keep their systems running efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

  • Provision workstations for staff, installing and configuring software and tools to ensure functionality and security of all internal systems.

  • Troubleshoot and support staff resolving errors and performance related issues.

  • Manage MDM and support tools to provide proactive maintenance of all internal systems and ensure compliance with security standards.

  • User onboarding and training to ensure all new users are fully activated on systems and introduced to relevant tools and procedures.

  • Innovate, improve, and maintain documentation and procedures for helpdesk and ITS operations.

  • Monitor and maintain in-house server infrastructure and backups.

  • Meet with individual team members and the full ITS team weekly to discuss progress and ideas.

  • Interact with different departments of the company to discover and address problems and needs.


Must haves:

  • 3+ years of IT Support, Helpdesk, and/or System Administrator experience

  • Comprehensive understanding of MacOS and Windows desktop operating systems, support and maintenance procedures

  • Experience with Windows and Linux Server operating systems

  • Thrive in a highly collaborative environment involving cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams

  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes


Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Perforce, Xcode, iOS and Android

  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions

  • Industry certifications including A+, Security+, Network+, Apple Certified Support Professional, etc

  • Experience with RMM and MDM tools
