Job Description

Arcadia is creating a new category in gaming unlike anything gamers or audiences have experienced before: SuperSports. It's the world's first gaming platform that combines Esports with traditional athletics. Instead of avatars, Arcadia Athletes use their bodies as controllers inside competitive video games - in front of live interactive audiences.

To achieve this mission, we will need a highly organized team capable of delivering quality games and video content at a regular cadence - and the Senior Producer plays the pivotal role in ensuring that happens. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects, and who can identify critical blockers and smash right through them. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and gaming as well as have a history of working in technical environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the creative and technical teams responsible for game development and video production.
  • Define the production strategy for the game development and video production.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Creative Director to communicate and ensure our vision for game development and video production is accomplished.
  • Build and maintain project plans, meeting with your team to organize the work to be done, discuss progress, share updates, and ensure that all projects are on track and are meeting requisite quality.
  • Establish and track budgets for the projects you oversee
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders across the company.
  • Build and grow your team of game developers, technical artists, concept artists, 3D modelers and videographers.
  • Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on schedule.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 7+ years of experience in Game Production or working in a production role where you&#39;ve managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
  • Solid project management skills that allow you to deliver on scope, performance, and budget without compromising vision and final quality
  • Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company.
  • Ability to make the trade-off decisions necessary to effectively balance short-term needs and long-term vision.
  • Experience shipping polished products to market
  • The capacity manage, motivate and work with a team under pressure and adapt to changes
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.
  • You’re user-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.

BONUS :

  • Experience managing Video teams and projects
  • Experience with Virtual Production
